Building explainability products for AWS supply-chain outcomes:
- Built an agent framework for domain-aware Markdown summaries of blocked AWS supply-chain workflows. Engineers specified intent and domain knowledge in Python while the framework handled orchestration, context, tools, and output.
- Re-architected an agentic ticket-response system to inherit evolving agent knowledge, gather context, and build a knowledge base for fast responses.
- Leading a Java backend rewrite around event-driven parallel processing to identify the causes of blocked supply-chain outcomes faster, improve data validation, and expose richer telemetry to agents.
- Proposed turning an internal tool into a new product, used mocks to build stakeholder support, and now lead UI/backend implementation to provide deeper explanations of supply-chain outcomes.
Building internal tools and infrastructure automation:
- Built a Spring Boot and React/TypeScript application that gave managers a centralized view of their teams and reporting structure.
- Managed two summer interns, setting project goals, providing weekly feedback, and creating onboarding around the team’s technologies.
- Refactored a monolithic Flask infrastructure-provisioning application into a REST microservice, enabling new integrations and greater automation.
- Led UI development for an internal infrastructure product that automated software package management across servers.
